These may be used in differant ways. These may be used in differant ways.

Ingredients

    32 oz. Beef, ground, 90% lean meat hamburger
    Egg, 1 large
    Ketchup, 4 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Dry Mustard 1 tbsp
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp minced
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

mix all ingrediants together. Make into meatballs place onto a baking sheet. Use a pan with sides. Bake at 375* for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned.
Makes 36 meatballs, 9 - 3 oz. servings, 4 meatballs

I weigh out my meatballs raw and cooked.
Raw = 31 grams is just over 1 oz
Cooked = 21 grams about .75 oz
