    1 pear half per person
    1 Tbs pear juice
    1/2 Tbs mayonnaise
    1 Tbs shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 Cup shredded lettuce or several lettuce leaves


Make a bed of lettuce on small salad plate or bowl. Place pear half on top of lettuce. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, pear juice and cheddar cheese. Put this mixture in middle of pear and drizzle some over lettuce and serve immediately.
This is for 1 serving, but you can increase recipe as needed!
