Ingredients

    Ingredients
    4 chicken skinless breast fillets, cut into cubes
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp viinegar
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1 tsp curry powder (McCormick mild)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 cup Chutney, Patak's Major Grey

Directions

Heat oil and cook onions until tender. Add chicken cubes to onions and fry untilgolden. When cooked, season with paprika stirring well. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, curry garlic, chutney together with water. Add mixture to chicken. Stir well. Simmer for 10 min. Add zuchinni and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for a further 5 min.
Serve over brown rice noodles or brown rice.
