    8 oz. steamed chopped crab
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos
    4 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
    2 tablespoons finely minced red onion
    1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or to taste
    minced fresh jalapeno (optional0
    Crushed red chilies(optional)
    Mixed Salad Greens


Mix crab with the onions, spices, and liquid ingredients. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Put a generous amount of salad greens on each of two plates. Top with the marinated crab salad. Sprinkle with chilies if desired.
