    Coconut oil, 2-3 zucchini squash, 4 oz pork tenderloin chop, garlic, tomatoes, spring mix, chicken broth


in one pan put a teaspoon of coconut oil and sear one side of the pork, add chicken broth plus extra water and put a lid on the pan. set to low heat.

cut your zucchini into medallions and saute with one tsp coconut oil and 4 chopped up cloves of garlic. set to low heat.

prepare your salad with balsamic vin, garlic, s+p and 5 cherry tomatos cut in half.

once the pork is ready to be served plate up the squash and quickly add 5 more cherry tomatos to the hot pan and cook until they pop, toss em on top of your squash.

drink with wine.
