Ingredients

    2 cups (408 grams) short grain brown rice - dry
    4 cups water
    2 cans (3 cups) 365 Organic Coconut Milk
    32 packets of Purvia Splenda powder
    1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
    Dash of Salt

Directions

Prepare Brown Rice with water and salt as directed on the package. place in oiled casserole pan. Cover and bake in the oven at 300 for about 60 minutes. You can eat it warm or cold. Makes 16 1/2 cup servings.
