    8 sheets chocolate graham crackers, crushed
    3.5 tbsp splenda
    2 egg whites
    1 1/4 c milk
    2/3 c peanut butter
    .5 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c cream cheese
    1 tub cool whip
    3 tbsp chopped peanuts
    .25 c shaved chocolate


Crush graham cracker, mix with 1.5 tsbp splenda; add egg whites until moist; pack into 9 inch pie plate and cook for 10 min; cool on wire rack

Heat milk and 1/8 c splenda until dissolved; add vanilla and peanut butter, mix well. Cool for 30 min. in fridge

Combine cream cheese, cooled milk mixture well; fold in cool whip

Pour into pie plate and freeze for 8 hours.
Cool in fridge for 30 min before slicing.
