    1 c warm water
    1 T Yeast, bakers
    1 t Honey

    1 t. Salt
    1 T Canola Oil
    3 c Whole Wheat Flour


    2 c Motzarella cheese shredded
    1 c Onions, chopped
    1 c Mushrooms, canned
    1 c Spaghetti Sauce
    1 c Black Olives, sliced


disolve yeast and honey in warm water
let sit until bubbly

Mix remaining ingredients in food processor
(with dough blade)

Add bubbly yeast water

machine knead until a dough ball forms.

Let sit, covered, until doubled.
punch down.
cover ..... prepare your toppings.

Divide dough into 8 pieces.
Knead into 8 individual mini-pizza's

cheese (reserve some cheese for top-top

Top-Top with small amount of cheese

Bake 425' for 10 minutes
Bake for another 10 minutes

20 minutes total
