Ingredients

    Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

    Chop –

    2-3 Tomatoes
    ½ -1 onion (very fine)
    3-5 avocados
    1 bunch cilantro
    1-2 jalapenos (very fine)
    1-2 cloves of garlic (very fine)

    Add to bowl

    Squeeze –
    2-3 limes
    ½ - 1 lemon

    Pour over above ingredients

    Add cooked shrimp to bowl (about 1 pound)

    Add ½ - ¾ cup ketchup
    Pour 1-2 cups Clamato juice to desired consistency
    Salt to taste

    Mix all ingredients together and you are good to go!
