Ingredients

    1 medium onion
1 package LiteLife Smart Ground Original flavor
1 jar ("serves 6") garden vegetable or other low-fat primavera spaghetti sauce

Directions

The sauce makes 4 generous servings, or 6 if you have salad and bread on the side.

1 chopped medium onion, sauteed in a medium, non-stick saucepan, add to onions

1 package of LiteLife Smart Ground original flavor (it's a textured soy that has a browned ground beef look & feel) & pour in:

1 jar of garden vegetable or other low-fat primavera spaghetti sauce (one that "serves 6") or add your own chopped veggies when you saute the onion. I usually just use Chunky Ragu Super Vegetable Primavera Pasta Sauce.

While you assemble the sauce, boil water and cook thin spaghetti noodles.

You can leave out the onions if you don't like them.
