    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 package Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien (with onions & peppers)
    1 can Worthington Superlinks, mashed
    salt, to taste
    garlic powder, to taste


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and Superlinks. Cook, turning every 5 minutes or so until potatoes are cooked through and hash has brown crispy spots throughout.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.
