    3 cups peeled and chopped potatoes
    2 cups frozen broccoli florets
    2 tsp butter
    1 table extra virgin olive oil
    1 table minced garlic
    2 tsp Vouge Instant Low Sodium Vegebase
    1/4 cup Rice Dreams rice milk
    1 tsp oregano
    Salt and pepper to taste


Boil potatoes and broccoli together for 20-25 minutes or until soft. Strain and then return to pot. Add all ingredients with the exception of water and mash. Then add water until the desired consistency is reached.
