    3 8oz packages white mushrooms
    6 tables Smart Balance butter
    2 tables extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 table Vouge Instant Low Sodium Vegebase
    1 table garlic
    1 cup marsala cooking wine
    1 table browning sauce
    salt and pepper to taste


To make vegetable stock boil water, stir in vegebase, and set aside. Melt half of the butter in seperate sauce pan. Once melted add 1 table olive oil and mushrooms. Saute for 5 to 7 minutes. Heat remaining butter and olive oil in another sauce pan. Stir in garlic, cook until tender, and then gradually whisk in flour. Add salt and pepper. Increase heat to high, whisk in vegetale stock, wine, and browning sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to high and add mushrooms.
