Number of Servings: 10


    10 whole wheat tortillas
    1 can fat free refried beans
    2 small cans enchilada sauce (or 1 large can)
    2 cups 2% cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tbsp dehydrated minced onions


In a large bowl, combine beans, 1 1/2 can sauce, 1 1/2 cups cheese, and onions. Mix until well blended. Put mix on tortillas and roll up. Place in baking pan, seam side down.

Pour remaining sauce and cheese over top.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges and cheese is melted.

Makes 10 servings.
