    6 c. leaf lettuce, torn
    2 tomato, diced
    1 c. cucumber, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1 can tuna, packed in water (don't drain)

    1 1/2 t. Newman's O&V dressing
    1 T. Lemon Juice
    1 1/2 t. Olive Oil
    1 t. oregano leaves


Mix vegetables together. Shake dressing ingredients together. Combine. Optional: Top with croutons and cheese - not in nutritional analysis.
