Ingredients

    Bacon Bits, 2 tbsp
    Diced Potato, 3 cup
    Onions, .5 cup, chopped
    Cream corn, 1 (16 oz) can
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Evaporated milk, nonfat, 12 fl oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded

Directions

Combine all ingredients except milk and cheese in crock pot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Add milk and cheese and continue cooking for 30 to 45 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
