    Banana, fresh, 1 medium, pref. frozen
    Apples, fresh, 1 small, cut up
    Pears, fresh, 1 pear, small, cut up
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cups
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Beans, white or pink, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, 2 heaping tsp.
    Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
    stevia, optional, to taste
    2 cups water, more or less depending on desired thickness


Combine in your blender and blend.
