    1/2 head of cabbage Shredded
    1 cup velveeta cheese
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1/3 cup water
    1 chopped roasted red pepper (from a jar)
    pork rinds, crumbled
    1/4 cup butter
    salt and pepper to taste


Boil shredded cabbage for 15 mins. Drain.

Layer half of cabbage and half red pepper on the bottom of a casserole dish. Melt cheese, with cream and water in the microwave. Pour half over the cabbage layer. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Top with crumbled pork rinds. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
