    1 pound ground bison
    1 pound ground turkey
    1.5 cups rolled oats
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    100 grams onion
    200 grams zucchini
    200 grams carrots
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350.

Beat the egg and egg white together in a small bowl. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

Chop zucchini, carrots, and onions with the chopping blade of your food processor until they are quite finely chopped, but not pureed.

In a large bowl, put bison, turkey, rolled oats, and chopped vegetables. Pour the egg mixture over. With your hands, mix lightly until ingredients are well-combined. Do not overmix, or it will be tough.

Divide into 8 equal portions and put them in the cups of muffin tins.

Bake 35-45 minutes until they are done (internal temperature 160 degrees).
