Number of Servings: 20


    2 Cups Steel Cut Oats
    8 Cups Water
    2 large Apples, pealed and diced
    1 Cup Golden Raisins
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    2 tsp Vanilla
    1 Medium Banana, sliced lengthwise then crosswise


In a 5 quart crock pot add all ingredients through the vanilla and stir. Set crock pot to low and cook 8 hrs or overnight. In the morning or just before eating add the banana and stir. Ready to eat. Also reheats great.

this is really good with brown sugar and chopped walnuts. if you add them don't forget to add the nutritional value.

Makes 20 1/2 cup servings
