Ingredients

    2 onions diced
    4 lrg carrots cut up
    3 cloves garlic
    1 package baby bell mushrooms (.8oz)
    2 to 3 stalks celery diced
    6 cups cooked black beans
    2 containers vegan vegetable broth (1qt each)
    3 cups water
    1 boxes chopped tomatoes (26.46oz)
    2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp savory
    2 tsp cumin
    1 TBS freash thyme

Directions

sautee onions in a little bit of vegetable broth for a few minutes
add garlic sautee a couple more minutes
add mushrooms sautee a few more minutes
add carrots, celery, spices, beans, tomatoes, water and broth and simmer until it cooks down a bit
about 60 to 90 minutes
