    4 Cucumbers (peeled and seeded)
    2c Red Leaf Lettuce
    1 sm Green Pepper
    2 scallions
    1 Garlic Clove
    2T FRESH Lime Juice
    2T Water
    1T Olive Oil
    1/4 Salt
    1/8 Cumin
    Red Pepper
    1 small Avocado

    Puree cucumbers, lettuce, pepper, scallions, garlic, lime juice, water, oil, salt, and cumin in batches until smooth. Chill at least 2 hrs or overnight. Serve with diced Avocado on top of each soup bowl, seperated between 4 bowles
