3 large Sweet Red Bell Peppers (green or yellow substitute okay)
4 oz. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Cup Tomato Sauce
    3 oz. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
    1Tsp Oregano
    1 Tsp Basil
    1 Garlic Clove
    1 Dash Salt
    1 Dash Pepper

Heat your oven to 300 degrees.

Grind the garlic clove. In a sauce pan, brown the ground turkey with the salt, pepper, and garlic. 5 minutes in, add basil and oregano. Once turkey is light brown add 1 cup of tomato sauce and stir.

While browning, cut the top off of the bell peppers and hollow them out. Grate the mozzarella cheese.

On a cooking tray, scoop the turkey and sauce into the bell pepper filling them up to the top. Sprinkle about 1 oz of mozzarella cheese on top and place the tray into the oven.

Cook until cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes. Serve while hot.
