    1 lbs 93% fat free ground turkey
    2 tbs olive oil
    1 jar speghetti sauce, ragu
    1 c water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lg container fresh mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 c cottage cheese, low fat
    1/2 c parmesean cheese
    1 c mozzarella cheese
    1 egg


Heat nonstick skillet on med-high heat, add olive oil and brown meat with onions and garlic. When turkey is cooked through add jar a speghetti sauce, water and mushrooms, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer until mushrooms are tender. In mixing bowl add cottage cheese, 1/4 c parmesean cheese and egg, mix thououghly. In a 9x13" pan or lasagna pan spray with nonstick olive oil spray (Pam) lay 3 uncooked noodles down, spread cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Layer on another 3 noodles add 1/2 of meat mixture sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella chesse, add another 3 noodles repeat with remaing meat sauce and top with rest of mozarella cheese and remaining parmesean cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 45 min or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
