Ingredients

    3 cans pink salmon
    30 g oat bran
    1/4 c mayo
    1/2 c onion
    4 T summer savory
    1/2 T salt
    3 T lemon juice
    4 eggs
    1 T olive oil
    2 c panko

Directions

mix all but the last three ingredients. Dip by 1/4 cup fulls into egg/ oil mixture and then coat in panko. Freezes well. Fry when ready to eat.
