Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/4 cup blueberries
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add eggs, and milk. Lightly stir in berries.
Pour onto lightly greased griddle. Cook as you would any pancake. Check the middle to make sure it done all the way through.
I make them small so you can get quite a few pancakes out of this.
