Ingredients

    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Splenda Sugar Substituion,
    1 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat,
    1 cup (8 fl oz) *Egg white,
    2 serving Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter,
    2 tbsp Milk, nonfat, .20 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, cooked
    Prunes, dried, .5 cup, pitted
    Apricots, dried, .5 cup, halves

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine sugars, yogurt, eggs, oil, milk & vanilla. Mix well. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinamon, & salt. Mix well. Add yogurt mixture, mix well, stir in oats 7 dried fruit.
2. Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 13X 9 inch baking pan.
3. bake 28 - 32 min or until light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
4. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered.
5. Makes 2 dozen. Enjoy!
