    1 large bunch broccoli (NOT crowns!)
    1 medium onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/8 cup lemon juice
    1 T sugar
    2 T parmesan cheese


Chop broccoli florets off stalks. Chop stalks into coins. Chop onion and garlic. Spread broccoli and onion onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Pour lemon juice evenly over the broccoli, then sprinkle sugar over the top. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes, stirring once to coat. Garnish servings with parmesan cheese.
