Everyone asks me to bring this salad to family get togethers Everyone asks me to bring this salad to family get togethers
Number of Servings: 16


    cauliflower one large head, chopped
    romaine lettuce, 3 heads, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    bacon bits, one cup or 1 # bacon fried and crumbled
    2 c mayonnaise
    9 tsp Splenda
    1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tsp lemon juice
    one can black olives, chopped/sliced


If you use real bacon, fry bacon to crisp stage and allow to cool to room temperature.

Take first three ingredients and toss together.

Mix mayonnaise, splenda, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Pour over lettuce/cauliflower/onion mix and toss.

Add bacon and black olives sprinkled on top.

Serves 16
