    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 serving McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix (whole package)
    16 oz Ground Turkey (Jennio Turkey 93/7)
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    3 clove Garlic
    .33 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk
    0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats


Finely chop mushrooms and garlic(food processor best results) Allow to cool. Mix egg, mushrooms, flax, milk, ketchup and seasoning package. Combine with ground turkey form into loaf and bake 375 until done.
