    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 medium Mushrooms, fresh
    0.25 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    4 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 serving McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix (whole package)
    16 oz Ground Turkey (Jennio Turkey 93/7)
    16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck


Finely chop mushrooms (food processor best results) Saute in butter with Worcestershire sauce and red wine. Allow to cool. Mix egg, mushrooms, flax and seasoning package. Combine with ground turkey and beef to form into loaf and bake 375 until done. Cover with ketchup last 15 mins
