Ingredients

    3 c. brown rice ( about 1 1/2 c. uncooked)
    1 1/2 lb lean ground turkey
    2 Tbsp sesame seed oil
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    6 green onions, sliced
    4 c. broccoli slaw
    4 c. napa cabbage, shredded
    3-4 Tbsp Gluten-free soy sauce - reduced sodium
    optional - Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

Directions

1. Prepare brown rice according to it's package directions.

2. While the rice is cooking, in a med. skillet or wok, brown the turkey over med. heat until no longer pink. Drain the turkey, remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Heat sesame oil in the skillet over med-high heat. Add garlic and gr onions; stir-fry for 2 min. Add the broccoli slaw and cabbage; stir-fry for 2 min. Add rice and soy sauce; stri-fry for 2 more min.

4. Return the cooked turkey to the skillet with the rice and vegetable mixture. Stir until ingredients are well combined and heated through, about 2 min.

5. Divide into 6 Portions (about 1 1/2 c. each). Enjoy!!
