Introduction

Low sodium, high fiber and I think it tastes great. Low sodium, high fiber and I think it tastes great.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) (remove)
    Grapes, 0.50 cup, seedless (remove)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .25 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Place chicken breast in a pan with a tight fitting lid. Add a couple Tbs. of water. Cook over med heat about 10 min. Make sure it is no longer pink inside. let cool

Chop or cut the chicken breast into small bite size pieces. Peel & chop the apple into the same size pices as the chicken.
Add the remainder of the ingredients including the whole grapes.
