    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Ground beef, extra lean, 14 oz (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Ketsup, (Heinz) 1 Tbspn, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp (remove)
    *Emerils Italian Seasoning, 4 tsp (remove


Mix all ingredients. I use fresh herbs instead of italian seasoning. I chop garlic, onion, basil, oregano, tyme, and rosemary and saute it in the butter and olive oil before I mix it in. Place in regular sized muffin tins lighly greased with olive oil and butter mixture and bake until center is 160.
