Ingredients

    1 Green Pepper - Chopped
    1 Red Pepper - Chopped
    1 Yellow Pepper - Chopped
    3 large celery stalks - chopped
    Carrots - 1 cup chopped
    Radishes - 2 cups sliced/chopped
    1 large english cucumber - sliced
    1 cup marinated garlic cloves
    1 cup dill pickle juice
    3 tbs ground black pepper
    3 tbs salt
    3 tbs parsley

Directions

mix all chopped veggies in a large serving bowl, pour dill pickle juice over veggies as dressing and add pepper, salt and parsley. Season to taste.
