    8 Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinless
    4 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
    1 cup spaghetti sauce (jar type)
    salt/pepper/garlic powder
    italian spice mix (1-2 tbls)


Sauté the chicken in the heated olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. After browned, remove from pan. Then add spaghetti sauce and italian spice mix to the pan and heat through. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish with lid, top with sauce and cheese. Bake in a 350 oven for 20-30 minutes.
