Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts; cubed
    .6 cups water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp flour
    .3 cup white wine
    1.5 cups lite sour cream
    .5 tsp soy sauce
    2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
    black pepper to taste

Directions

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook cubed chicken over med hight heat unitl brown. Once browned, add water, bouillon, and white wine. Slowly add garlic, butter, flour, and cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is done. Add sour cream, pepper, and soy sauce. Simmer on low until ready to serve over pasta of your choice. Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings
