    1 tsp cooking oil
    12 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch slices.
    1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth.
    4 carrots
    2 tbsp bottled hoisin sauce
    1 green onion, bias-sliced into 1/4 inch pieces.
    1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
    2 cups rice


In a wok or large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from wok or skillet.

Add broth, carrots, and hoisin sauce to wok or skillet. Cook and stir for 1 minute.

Return pork to wok or skillet. Heat through. Stir in onion and sesame seeds.

Serve over hot cooked rice.
