1.5 C. Bean Sprouts (cut up a little)
1/2 C. Pea Pods (sliced thin width wise not length wise)

Place one tenth of noodles on one sade of paper, leaving about 1 inch on each side and to the edge. Place 2-3 shrimp on top of noodles. Add about 1/10 each of cabbage, pea pods, bean sprouts, and cabbage. Bring the edge filling and tuck underneath. As you continue to roll, fold in the sides. Finish rolling. Repeat with 9 more rolls and reserve under a damp cloth or paper towel.

*You may need to lightly spray with non-stick spray to keep from sticking to each other.

Makes 10 servings.

**Dipping Sauce

Disolve sugar in water, combine with other ingredients, and chill until ready to serve.
