Ingredients



    * *Azumay Silken Tofu, 364 gram(s) (remove)
    * Cauliflower, cooked, 2.5 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    * Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    * *Tumeric, 3 tsp (remove)
    * *curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

On stove, saute onions and garlic. Add veg. Mix water with spices, add to pan. Add more water if needed. chop tofu. Add to pan. cook until done season with s and p to taste
