Number of Servings: 4


    1 pound Ground lamb
    1 cup finely grated carrots
    1 tsp granulated onion
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    1/2 tsp crushed rosemary (or other herb blend)
    1/4 c chili sauce
    2 T lemon juice
    1 t dried mustard
    1 T parsley
    1 t worcestersshire sauce


Makes 4 patties

Combine all elements for patties, form into 4 balls, press into patties and either pan cook or put under broiler for 5 minutes per side. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients and heat over a low flame until just boiling. Pour over meat and serve.
