    15 oz can garbanzo beans drained
    1/4 c olive oil
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp salt
    dash pepper
    1 tbs lemon juice


Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until desired consistency. Adjust for seasonings.

Serve with lavosh or pita chips.
