    24oz of fat free cottage cheese
    hodgson mills whole wheat lasagna noodles
    horizon mozzeralla cheese
    1 jar of pasta sauce
    1 egg


cook noodles according to package directions rinse with cold water so they are easier to handle
mix cottage cheese with egg and mozzeralla cheese
spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray and then add a little sauce. Begin with noodles, then cheese mix, then sauce, repeat layers until you end with noodles.

cook, covered for 30 minutes at 375.
Important part, let stand for 20-25 makes it less runny and easier to cut
