Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)
    Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup
    Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Cloves, ground, .125 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
    Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained
    Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 2 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .125 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook cauliflower; drain. Mix tomato sauce, parsley, spices, capers, and olives. Pour some sauce in baking dish, add cauliflower and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, breadcrumbs, and oil, and bake in preheated 425 oven until brown (5-10 minutes).
