    10 Pieces Lasagna
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1 2/3 Cups Onion
    6 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 Cans (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    1 tsp Parsley Flakes
    2 Cups Water
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    2 Eggs
    3/4 lb. (2 6 oz pkgs) Mozzarella Cheese
    15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
    1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese


Brown Ground Beef. Drain. Wipe pan free of grease. Add Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic, Parsley and meat. Cook until Onion begins to soften.
Add Tomato Paste and Water. Mix Thoroughly.
Add Salt and Pepper. Mix.

Simmer 1 1/2 Hours.

Mix Eggs and Ricotta.

Spray Glass Baking Dish (3 quart) with Pam.
Spread a small amount of Meat Sauce on Bottom.

Place 3 1/2 slices of cooked Lasagna on Top.
Put 1/2 Meat Sauce evenly over Lasagna.
Cover with slices of Mozzarella Cheese (about 6 oz.)
Top with 1/2 Ricotta Mixture.
Finish with 3 1/2 slices of Lasagna on top.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan Chees.

Bake 375 - 20 Minutes
Let Stand 10 Minutes. Cut into 9 pieces.
