    Blue Dragon Tofu Firm Silken Style, 349 gram (1 block)
    Sesame seeds, whole, dried, 40 gram(s)
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp


Line a small baking dish with foil

Mix together the soy sauce and ginger, slice tofu into 8 and place in baking dish. Pour mixture over tofu, allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220'C degrees.

Sprinkle over sesame seeds, turn over and coat.

Bake for 30 minutes. Leave in longer if necessary for a dry coating.
