    1/2 C. Cooked Bulgar
    3-4 Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
    1/2 Small Avacado cut into bite sized pieces
    1 Tabl.spoon Flaxseed oil
    1 Tabl. spoon Lemon juice (use organic if possible)
    Dash - Cayenne Pepper
    Dash - Salt (if needed)


This sounds like an unusual mix for mornings, but try it - especially in the heat of summer.
Cook the bulgar the night before. You will have enough for several mornings.
Place the bulger in a cereal bowl and top with the chopped tomatoes and avacado. Top that with the oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle on the hot pepper and salt then stir well.
Yummy and will last until lunch time.
