    2 cups FF, LS Chicken broth
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup quick grits
    1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp unsalted butter


Heat borth and water to boiling; add grits. Cook until thickened and bubbling about 7 minutes. Stir in cheeses, S & P and butter. Serve immediately, or pour into sprayed dish, sprinkle with 1 Tbsp grated cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden on . Serves 5-6
