    14 oz. Package Turkey Polska Kielbasa, diced into bite size chunks
    1 Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips
    1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
    2 Medium Baking Potatoes, diced


1. In medium skillet over medium high high heat, lightly brown sausage.
2. Add peppers and cook until tender.
3. Add potatoes and add enough water to just fill to half height of potatoes. Cook 10 - 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. (not included in nutritional information)
