This banana bread is practically guilt free! This banana bread is practically guilt free!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup Splenda
    ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup mashed fully ripe banana
    1 egg
    ¼ cup buttermilk or low fat sour cream
    1¾ cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 ½ tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ cup nuts

Directions

1. Combine Splenda, applesauce, bananas, egg and buttermilk. Mix well.
2. Sift in remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Add nuts if using.
3. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour mix into pan.
4. Bake at 350F 40 – 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
