Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Lilydale Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 500 gram(s)
    Kraft 100% Parmesan Cheese, 2 tbsp
    Naturegg Break Free (egg substitute), 0.25 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Organic Minced Garlic (jarred), 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 2 tsp
    Crushed Chili Pepper Flakes, .25 tsp
    Italian Herb Seasoning, 1 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp

Directions

Makes 21 meatballs (1 tbsp size)
Finely chop onion and saute slightly. Let cool and then combine all ingredients and form into small balls (use tbsp to forms balls). Place into saucepan which has been sprayed lightly with Pam Cooking Spray. Cooking for a few minutes and then pour jar of spaghetti sauce over, stir and then cover and cook on low heat for 1-2 hours.
